Program Curriculum

The Diploma in Clinical Medicine curriculum is structured to provide progressive learning over three years, with each year building on the knowledge and skills acquired in the previous one. The program includes classroom instruction, laboratory work, and clinical rotations.

Clinical Rotations: Students complete 6 months of supervised clinical internship in our partner hospitals during the final year.

Admission Requirements

Entry Qualifications

To be eligible for admission to the Diploma in Clinical Medicine program, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

For Form Four Leavers

  • Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with at least five passes
  • Must include: Chemistry (D or above), Biology (D or above), Physics/Engineering Sciences (D or above)
  • English (D or above) and Mathematics (D or above)

For Form Six Leavers

  • Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE)
  • At least one principal pass and one subsidiary pass in Biology and Chemistry
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA for certificate holders in related fields

Additional Requirements

  • Completed application form (online or physical)
  • Certified copies of academic certificates
  • Birth certificate or passport copy
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Medical examination report
  • Application fee receipt (TZS 30,000)

Application Process

Complete the online application form or obtain a physical form from our admissions office. Submit all required documents either electronically or in person.

Our admissions committee will review your application within 2-3 weeks. Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview.

Interview: Conducted in person or online for international students. Assesses communication skills, motivation, and basic science knowledge.

Successful candidates will receive an admission letter with details about registration, fee payment, and orientation.

Registration: Must be completed within 2 weeks of receiving admission letter to secure your spot.
